I'm looking for a single person who is clean, quiet and mature to rent a room for a long term stay. I do not have any kids or pets in the house and sorry but, neither can you. The bedroom includes: - Queen size bed - Two nightstands - Chest of drawers - Closet with built in shelves - Computer desk - Large bathroom exclusively for you - Full house A/C. - Quiet neighborhood - Driveway, or street parking directly in front of the house - Shared common living room, kitchen, laundry room, dining room and game room - Your own refrigerator - Shared backyard with BBQ grill - Utilities are included (including fast WiFi Internet, but no cable TV) - Payment to be made in cash at the first of each month - Must be willing to perform a background check and proof of income. NOT ALLOWED: - No illegal drugs of any kind - No smoking of any kind (including vaping) - No pets allowed - No cohabitation - No couples I am renting one bedroom and bathroom in my house to a single person. I will pay for utilities. Renter pays for all their own food/drinks, laundry soap and bathroom supplies.
