No pets allowed. Tenants are responsible for water and electricity. No illegal activity on property. Tenants must keep front and backyard clean (weeds must be pulled on regular basis) and follow Hoa rules. If rent is late, there will be a $20 charge for each day. Property must maintain cleanliness and no damages as when owner vacated. No changes to property without owners permission (i.e. painting). Tenant will be responsible for pool maintenance. Tenant must provide names of all who will be living on property.
