Includes: - 1 bath - Non-conforming bedroom, with bath and walk in closet - Indoor, secured parking space and individual storage unit - Washer / Dryer - Updated kitchen includes microwave, stove refrigerator, dishwasher. Pets allowed with deposit and pet rent. Available December 15th. Tenants must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice of move or they will result in a $250 fine. Tenant must pay $500 deposit for cleaning and damage deposit and must be submitted at least 5 working days in advance of scheduled move. Any repairs and cleaning from the move will be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be returned within 30 days after completion of move. If cleaning services need to be provided, costs will be rated at $75 per hour. Moved must be completed between 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and will be charged $250 per hour for any hour outside this time parameter.
