The reservation process works as follows: We require a $100,000 fully refundable deposit to reserve a home site. Since we do not have prices or floor plans yet, all they are reserving is the home site. As soon as we have finalized floor plans and pricing, we will provide it to the reservation holders first. This will help them decide if they wish to enter into the Contract phase. We anticipate entering into the contract phase towards the end of January. At contract we will require the balance to reach a 10% deposit. Then 60 days from the contract date they will have another 10% deposit due. At the start of construction on their home they will have a 15% deposit due, and then an additional 15% due when we reach the rooftop on their home. This equals a 50% deposit. The balance of the money is due at CLOSING. A little bit about the homes: There will be 125 SF Homes that will range in size from 4200 to 7200 sq. ft. under AC. They will have a very modern and ultra-luxury look and feel to them. There will be 10 different floor plans offered, 5 each from CHAD OPPENHEIM and RONEY MATEU. These are true superstars in their industry, and we were able to bring their talents to our community. V-Starr Interiors, Venus Williams Company, will handle the interior design work.
