This is a clean, quite one bedroom apartment. Water, trash and sewer are included. We have coin laundry downstairs. We have a storage locker. A dumpster for trash. Plenty of parking. Eckhart Apartments is between Frostburg and LaVale. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities. We are always updating the apartments to make them nice for the tenants. I manage the apartment building. I do not live on-site but I am close to be able to handle any thing that would come up. Application will be filled out at time of showing. There is a $25 non refundable showing fee. Once references have been done and if chosen then we'll fill out lease. Owner pays for water, sewage and trash. Tenant pays for electricity, internet and phone service. Lease is for 6 months. Then month by month. No smoking. No pets. Maintenance staff takes care of all maintenance issues.
