We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs apartment located in our Riverside Apartments Complex. Riverside Apartments has onsite laundry, Community BBQ and Picnic tables on the river so you can sit and watch the ducks float by from your private deck. Located near the golf course, Raceway and not too far from Walmart. Rent is $1395.00 a month and Security Deposit starts at $2790.00. This is a month-to-month lease. Renters Insurance is required. Pets upon approval basis with additional $500 for the 1st, $250 for each additional towards security deposit. WE DO NOT CHARGE A FEE TO TURN IN AN APPLICATION Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. Accepted forms of income: Bank statements, pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. A minimum of two rental references is preferred. Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $10 for Eugene.
