All utilities are covered in the rent except electric (which has never costed me more than $10 when splitting it among a roommate). There will be a $250 security deposit. Each room is on its own lease meaning $735each ($1470). This is to protect the renter, so that a roommate does not effect everyone when rent is late or not paid. It is fully furnished and each room has a large private bathroom. The apartment is very nice and is in a great location. 10 minute walk to CSU campus and 3 minute walk to the max line bus stop. It is also located just South of the new CSU Health Center (Prospect and College). The surrounding area offers a nice park, Dairy Queen, Starbucks, Totally 80s Pizza, a Mexican and Indian restaurant, and a brewery. Basic cable and high speed internet is also included in the rent, with unlimited access to the newly remodeled gym, Hot tube and pool area, and a new sauna. The complex is very quiet, and new management has started. I am actually leasing this apartment right now and will not be out until August 1st. This leasing period is a year and will start August of 2017. I am subleasing the apartment because I will soon be leaving. Pets will be allowed as of August 2017 with breed and weight restrictions (contact manager for more information). The apartment is through State on Campus.
