Our home is well taken care of and a cozy place to live. It is in a GREAT location, as it has a country feel inside city limits. It is very quiet and peaceful and we enjoy spending lots of time outside. The main floor of our home has been updated with new paint and white trim. Most of the windows have new white wood blinds. The kitchen has been updated with new countertops and backsplash. It also has all newer matching appliances that will stay with the house. The kitchen is open to the living room, which we enjoy a lot. The upstairs bathroom is new and super clean. The 2 main floor bedrooms are nice sized and able to fit king beds if needed. Our carpets are very clean, as we do not wear shoes in our home. We just recently updated the breezeway/mud room with new ceramic tile and it is great space with many possibilities. The outside of our home has also been completely remodeled with a new roof, vinyl siding, gutters, lighting, and 4 new steel doors. The garage is bigger than a standard 2 car garage, as we can easily fit 2 vehicles and LOTS of stuff in it. There is another garage in the back yard that can be used for another vehicle, storage, or a workshop. We bought siding for the back garage that matches the house; however, we have not found the time to put it up. It will be included with the house for you. All concrete work (sidewalk, driveway, front porch, back patio) has been recently added. The back yard is large and has lots of room. There are many mature trees around our home and we added new landscaping this summer. The basement includes a family room (with an egress window), non conforming bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and furnace room. We have done lots of work in the basement, including new drywall, recessed lighting, and painted ceilings. The walls of the family room and non conforming bedroom are ready for you to add the paint color and flooring of your choice. The basement bathroom is painted and a new shower has been added.
