Minimum qualifications: No evictions or eviction filings in the past 7 years; no unpaid judgments or collections owed to prior landlords; valid government-issued photo ID for each applicant; and verifiable rental history with positive landlord references (or verifiable home ownership). Criminal history is reviewed on a case-by-case basis considering the nature, severity, and recency of any offense. Credit: We look for a credit score of 600 or higher. Applicants with limited or no credit history, or scores below 600 due to limited history rather than negative accounts, may still qualify based on verified income, employment, and rental references.
