West Park View is a great neighborhood with a very low crime rate and close access to the interstates. Just a short bike ride (or golf cart) to the Naval Hospital ferries to Norfolk, Portsmouth Pavilion Amphitheater and some of the best restaurants bars and museums around. This house is located on a street that dead ends on Scott's Creek. Nice view of the water. Small fenced in back yard. I live next door and I'm looking for a good neighbor. This is a fun and safe street. We are all friends and look out for each other. We often drink, grill, fish, crab, boat etc. with each other. Our dogs play together as well.
