I have remodeled this home from top to bottom, including roof, windows, plumbing, kitchen, a/c and restoration to the beautiful terrazzo flooring. Installed a door from the porch to the back yard as well as a door from the master bedroom to the back yard with a deck and spa, adding electrical outlets throughout the back making an outdoor living space. Also added an assorted variety of palms and other tropical foliage making it a landscapers paradise including a privacy fence around the back yard with a single gate off the front carport and a double gate for access from the back alley way. This house was newly painted in 2019 after the window replacement and has hurricane cloth covers for all the windows and doors. This has been an excellent starter home and gave me plenty of projects to keep me busy throughout the 10 years of ownership.
