In addition to being in a strategic location in Miami, this large apartment, located in a multifamily home (Divided into only three spacious units), features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and parking. In addition, you will have a BBQ area and a shared outdoor swimming pool. - All surrounded by lush vegetation. The property has fast and reliable Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air conditioning. It has everything you need to give you a great stay. You will enjoy a space with a large kitchen, living room, and dining area. We welcome all kinds of guests/travelers, from tourists, travel nurses, travel doctors, students, and pilots, all the way to corporate rentals! - Don't hesitate to contact us to set an appointment and finalize your booking. - Any damage caused to the property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days. -It is forbidden to bring pets of any kind to the property without previous authorization, pet fee may apply. -It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the property, including cigars and tobacco there is a $400 USD fee if you are found smoking inside. - Every time you leave the property, turn off the A/C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed. -Please do not leave the keys inside the property. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $100 USD.
