Back deck, front yard and backyard can be used too. We have a very large driveway for parking. $50 pet fee a month. Property has two main entrances a side entrance off the driveway and a front entrance next to a gated garden. Also has two sliders that go onto a large back deck. Property sits on nearly 3 acres in Hebron township. The property that sits behind our backyard (and beyond our pool and swing set for our small child) is farmland and off to one side is of empty grassland space with a retention pond and the other side of the house has a neighbor up the hill but still far enough away for privacy. Across the private dead-end street before the cul-de-sac is a neighbor but again far enough away for privacy. We're 15 minutes drive to/from Crown Point, Indiana and around a 1 hour drive to/from downtown Chicago. Also includes utilities of gas, water, electric. We are generally quiet, private people, but once in a great while we'll have people over to entertain.
