My lease goes until March 31, 2015, but you can stay longer if you like. This is a PERFECT Mardi Gras spot, as we are on a parade route and right by the school Sacred Heart. You can also walk across the street to the famous Fat Harry's and Superior Seafood (absolutely delicious)!This uptown apartment is really beautiful, all hardwood floors, has an open layout for the living room and kitchen and the kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances that work perfectly, (microwave, dishwasher, oven, etc.). The bedroom is very large, has a large closet and there is also another closet in the hallway. There is 1 A/C window unit in the bedroom and 1 unit in the living room. I just purchased the A/C unit in the bedroom, but I will be leaving that one behind for the new tenant. There is also a courtyard/back patio area that has a Koi Fish pond and fire pit. The fire pit will be perfect for the upcoming season. The neighbors are all very young, friendly and respectful.
