Nice small 2 story home for rent. New bathroom & great new shower! Nice new kitchen sink & cabinet. New fridge & gas stove for cooking. New hot water heater. Basement has hookups for washer/dryer. We pay for water & trash. You pay gas heat & light bill. Gas Stove for cooking (I am jealous of that as I like to cook and have electric in mine). Ceiling fans downstairs. A/C you can put window units in no problem. Shed out back for your mower or weedwacker etc. (or I can mow spring-fall, only as needed for a small fee). 2 bedrooms upstairs & one small bedroom downstairs by the kitchen that you can put a cot or twin bed in or use it for storage. Basement has washer & dryer hookups. Gas for dryer. Water & trash paid for. You pay gas heat & power. $1200 monthly rent. Same security deposit. I Accept cash & cash app etc. Cash App is easy. One time $35 application fee ea adult but I try to only charge that to the party that gets the place (As once I had paid $75 fee and had good jobs & references & cash but that owner rejected me in a scam as he had 3-4renters come apply per week and just collected app fees & never rented the property. . I do Not do that) This home is pet friendly just ask about yours and there are a couple outside neighborhood cats (if you can please feed & water them as they are good) but let me know IF you do have a pet or issue. If you have a cat or small/medium dog is ok. Just ask me. A larger dog is possible just ask as the small backyard is fenced but older. Blinds / curtains are on you. Lots of new paint, carpeted stairs in the inside new restoration. Credit: I do Not care about your credit score nor will I run that. Either you pay or you don't. Simple as that. Have a decent job is best. All I check for are 1: Evictions, child molesters etc. Other than that we're good. I do Not do Zillow applications as I have no need to. Tell me the truth & money talks & that's it. You have one of the best landlords in the area.
