Tucked away on the edge of several kilometers of lighted ski trails of Chugiak High-school, you can bike, hike, walk, ski, and enjoy the trails year around. Walking distance to the high-school, pool, x country ski chalet, a small pond, and a couple of excellent schools. (Can walk to Chugiak High-school and Birch-wood Elementary). If you enjoy some privacy and a great area to be active, then this might be the spot for you! In the summer you can compete with the bears in a huge raspberry and cranberry patch in the front yard :-) This is a non-smoking, family friendly neighborhood. If you enjoy being part of a community and are not a party animal, it is a great spot to call home! Singles or couples are preferred due to being on a well. (No problems with it, just want to keep it that way :-) No drugs or drama please! Animals considered on a case by case basis. No free roaming cats allowed (for both the cats safety and the birds and small animals in the neighborhood) We prefer a 6 month lease, but will consider other requests individually. Tenants are responsible for rent and all utilities which are placed in your name. Renters also do the lawn mowing, snow blowing and care for the gardens unless otherwise talked about in advance.
