Penthouse Apartment in Downtown Sacramento We are reluctantly leaving this special place after living here for the past three years. We hadn't planned on moving, but life is taking us in a new direction quickly, so we're looking for someone to enjoy this home as much as we have. It's a top floor, Capitol Park-facing unit with possibly the best view in Sacramento (you can clearly see from Mt. Diablo by the Bay all the way to the Vaca Mts surrounding Napa, the Sutter Buttes near Yuba City, etc.) with plenty of room and a terrific central location walking distance from downtown and the lively scene in Midtown Sacramento - including our favorite year-round Farmer's Market. About the Apartment Penthouse Living: It's on the very top floor with huge bay windows that let in amazing light and give you panoramic views of the city (sunsets here are something special). Many windows were replaced last year, maintaining the value of the view. Spacious & Open: The layout is wide and open, with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. It's easy to make the space your own, and we've loved hosting friends here. Modern Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and plenty of space to cook together. Flexible Rooms: There's room for a dedicated office, a guest space, or even a reading nook by the windows we've tried a few different setups over the years. Conveniences: In-unit laundry, central AC/heat, secure entry, convenient covered parking included, access to in-building gym, spa, games, marketplace, free coffee service, too, plus a surprisingly great breakfast and restaurant/ bar downstairs (JuJu). Location This has been one of the biggest perks for us. You're right in downtown overlooking Capitol Park (over 80 species of trees, one of the largest rose gardens in the state, etc.), walking distance to the Capitol, Golden 1 Center, midtown coffee shops and restaurants, and great parks. It's the kind of place where you can leave your car at home and just walk out your door.
