Once you enter the front door, you will find a kitchenette; a dining area that comfortably seats 6 people; a living room with cable TV; the master bedroom; the guest bedroom; and a bathroom with walk-in shower. There are two sliding doors in the living room that provide captivating views of the ocean and access to the screened porch and open sundeck. Perfect for young kids or dogs, the Little Green Cottage has a latched gate separates the sundeck and the exterior stairwell. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars and room for 1 additional car under the carport is included in the rental rate. The property does feature a private path to the beach but the City boardwalk access at the end of the path is currently closed due to storm damage - unfortunately like many boardwalks on Folly Beach which got damaged. The City will be repairing these soon! Just 15 miles from downtown Charleston, Folly Beach is its own universe - with its own sense of time, enjoyment, and a laidback, friendly energy that has earned it the lifelong affection of locals and visitors alike.
