Couples love this house and usually stay for an extended period. New floors, roof, and AC in the last two years. Great office area with a view of the grassy back yard. Good neighbors. Current renters do not move until after June 21st. At that time we will begin tours of the property. In the meantime please fill out the online application. Rental excludes the use of the area abutting the alley outside of the back yard for any purpose other than parking one or two vehicles. The landlord, who lives nearby, uses this area for property maintenance and small RV storage. Renters are responsible for all utilities which include water, gas, and electric. Dogs are permitted so long as they are well behaved and meet the approval of the neighbors to either side. This is a no smoking residence.
