Total sq ft is 2,814... 'finished' living space is 1,593 sq ft... unfinished part of basement is 1,221 sq ft. The 2 car garage sq ft is 460. This is a Richland "Q" house. 1,407 sq ft on the main floor & then the same with the full basement. When I looked at what information Zillow had, they only showed us as having 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom & only 1,407 sq ft. So that is why their estimate on what the property is worth is so much lower. A 4th bedroom was finished in the basement in 2012. The 1/2 bath is in the original closet of the front bedroom. Two large built-in closets & drawers are in this front bedroom. We just had a new Heat Pump installed in March of 2014 & the old system that burned furnace oil is removed. This home is located 1/4 of a mile North of Jefferson Elementary School & we walk the kids to school as often as we can. I have had at least one child in Jefferson since we moved here 13 years ago & we love that school! Chief Joseph Middle School is about 3/4 of a mile away & I have had children go there too.. love that school too. I also have had kids go to Hanford High School (about 2 miles North on Davison) & that is a wonderful school! To get to the Columbia River, I'll go south on Hunt Ave & turn East onto Haines. If you walk North, by the River, & then turn West on Newcomer Street, & then go south back home... It's about a 2 mile walk. The 'traffic' around the home is just people leaving for work, a bit of cars taking their kids to Jefferson school & then bikes or people taking walks. I would consider this a quiet neighborhood & we have loved living here. Our plans have changed, & so we are off on a new adventure. I'm excited for the new owners to enjoy this home as much as we have!
