The homes has 8' tall solid core doors, and 5 1/2" baseboards, huge Milgard windows let ample natural light in while the 2 " faux wood blinds block it out when you don't want it. This is very well built! The spacious floor plan features a tile master bathroom with a dual raised height vanity, beautiful custom tile walk-in shower, thick frameless shower glass, private water closet, and spacious walk-in closet. This particular home is located in the back of the neighborhood with little traffic and close to a wonderful park. NOTE: photos and Matter port show one of our homes with the same floor plan. The house for rent is not furnished. Typical lease terms are 12 months, other terms can be discussed at other rates. We do a separate application/background check that is through Rent Perfect. Please send your email and phone number and we will send you a link to complete. Any applicants over 18 years old will need to sign the lease and do the application/background check. Once the application/background check is complete and you are approved for the home, we can set up the earliest available time to walk through the home if it is not occupied.
