This listing is for **one private bedroom only not the entire apartment. Only one occupant is permitted per bedroom, and all applicants must be at least 18 years old. This is an **11-12 month lease only** and is not intended as permanent housing. The landlord may offer a lease renewal at their discretion, typically for up to approximately 12 additional months, but renewal is not guaranteed. The common areas are on the smaller side, but the tradeoff is spacious bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate a queen-size bed, desk, and dresser, along with generously sized closets. Located on the second floor, the room receives plenty of natural light. Built in 2016, the apartment features central heating and air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and access to a backyard. Qualification criteria. Applicants must show a combined gross verifiable monthly income of at least three times the rent, a preferred credit score of 650 or higher (lower scores are not automatic disqualifiers), no open collections, and at least one year of positive rental and employment history. No eviction judgments within the past four years. Each application is reviewed individually, and strong income, references, or a qualified co-signer may offset weaker areas, though approval is not guaranteed. Bank statements may be requested. No pets allowed. First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit are due prior to move-in. Tenants cover all utilities, including a $25-per-person monthly water fee.
