Adjacent to the living room and Master Suite is access to the balcony where the coastal ambiance awaits. The Master suite features a king-size bed and access to the private balcony. The attached private bathroom has a fully remodeled walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two full beds, and the second full bathroom has a shower tub combo. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area. Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped large kitchen. For your convenience, linens and towels are provided, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. For outdoor activities, enjoy the beautiful beaches and the complimentary beach service included in your rental, featuring two chairs and one umbrella from March 1st to October 31st. Alternatively, you can swim in the swimming pool or spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area. Amenities include beach services with two chairs and one umbrella from March 1 to October 31, direct beach front, swimming pool (heated from November 1st to end of March), tennis court, fitness room, charcoal grills, and both standard and Keurig coffee makers. Snowbird rates are available from November to February. Surf Dweller is clean, quiet, family-friendly, and centrally located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach is minutes from Destin, approximately 7 miles, and a short 15-20 minutes from Fort Walton Airport (VPS), where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, and American airlines fly daily. Check-in starts at 4 pm, with some properties qualifying for early check-in at 1 pm for an additional $50 plus tax, subject to availability. Check-out is at 10 am, with some properties qualifying for a late check-out at 1 pm for an additional $50 plus tax, subject to availability. No third-party bookings are allowed. Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit, although children are always welcome with their parents. Strict maximum occupancy applies, and babies, infants, and children are included in occupancy. Due to severe allergies, there are absolutely no animals or pets of any kind allowed, with the exception of a registered service dog. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio. The property is stocked with initial necessities such as paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, Keurig pods, sugar sticks, creamers, cleaning wipes, trash bags, and laundry pods. For longer stays, guests are welcome to bring or buy additional supplies. Spices and condiments are not provided.
