Two bedroom and two bath, 2 parking spots, washer and dryer in unit, wifi included. It is completely furnished, has a pool right outside, and is right next to Xavier University's campus. It would also be great for those at the University of Cincinnati, Children's Hospital, or University of Cincinnati Medical Center for the summer. Graeter's and Starbucks are right downstairs too! Rent is $730 per month per bedroom ($1460/month total) and includes all utilities except for gas/electric. Message me if you're interested! Owner pays for water, Internet.
