Newly Constructed Spacious House "I am renting only one of my room with own bathroom. Amenities are shared between owner and renter." I am looking for a renter with good character who will share peaceful living with me in my Newly constructed 2024 family house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedrooms has its own bathroom. Strategically built in a good neighborhood and about 2 miles from town proper and a few blocks from Mohave Community College. Complete with new refrigerator, dishwasher, induction oven, microwave oven, washer and dryer. Option of using the garage is negotiable. Bill payment is negotiable. Shared kitchen and living room. Covered patio at the back for backyard enjoyment. Reasonably managed pets are allowed. Non-smokers are preferred. Single or couple, are most preferred. Renters should know how to follow house rules and must live and take care of the house like their own. Owner will not be in the house most months in a year and will pay her share of utility bills during her stay. Renter can use my car garage because I do not have car. Owner is an active healthy 63yo traveler. No Smoking inside the house. Pets are allowed, provided, they are well managed. Considerate to neighbors. Lease contract should be not less than three months and if there is a need to terminate the lease agreement after three months, both parties should notify each other one month in advance. Failure to do the aforementioned terms will cause the security deposit as well as the one month deposit to be forfeited. Should there be no termination from each party, the first agreement will continue. Utility costs will be shouldered by lessor. Landlord will pay for utility costs whenever the landlord comes home for a brief stay. Renter is responsible for any damages inside and outside the house , appliances and the whole premises due to renter's negligence and misconduct if proven otherwise. Renter is expected to enjoy his/her stay to all the spaces of the property, provided, the limitations stated above in this lease terms will not be violated. It is the duty of both parties to maintain as much as possible the cleanliness of the premises and a good renter-landlord relationship.
