Rent is $560 a month before utilities (est. $50) At the Woodlands of College station. The apartment comes unfinished so you would need to provide your own bed and dresser but there is a restroom in the room and a built in desk! The room available is room D on the image of the layout- it is the biggest bedroom in the apartment. We are located 10 minutes from the center of A&M campus and on the bus route to A&M and Blinn! There is a built in full-sized washer and dryer along with a microwave, dishwasher, and oven. There is also a back patio that is fenced in. The apartment is pet friendly with 2 cats already living in it! I have no complaints about the apartment complex, there is a huge pool with fire pits and hammocks and a very nice club house with games, I take walks around the neighborhood often and have never had a bad experience. It is also walkable to some of your favorite fast food places and on the bus route! If you have any questions please contact me here! The Woodlands of College Station own the property but each renter is red for their own rent. The amount you pay is the amount I payed but if the other roommates don't pay there rent then you don't have to pick up the slack. Pets are allowed, 2 cats will be here already. There is a pet fee of about $340. Smoking is allowed on the back patio. The apartment complex takes care if any maintenance required.
