The bedrooms and the living room have a closet each. Metro rail access is Columbia Heights, and Woodley Park a bit farther but more scenic route across Duke Ellington Bridge viewing Rock Creek Park. Metro bus access is closer. Rent is $2990 a month which includes water, sewer, garbage, and recycling pickup. Tenants will establish accounts for gas, electricity, and internet. One month deposit required for the duration of the lease. Building management requires $150 move-in fee. You will be the maiden tenants for the newly renovated kitchen!
