Lots of privacy and opened common living area and kitchen. 2 car garage (1 garage spot and storage available). Fenced in yard for folks traveling with dog. 3 minute drive from Anschutz. ~ 5 minutes from Stanley Marketplace, Central Park, and Lowry neighborhoods. 12-15 min drive to downtown Denver and easy access to bike routes. I occupying one of four rooms when I'm in town but keep busy so lots of privacy and just shared common spaces. There are 2 rooms to choose from each has their own bathroom (one attached and one detached). Have had great experience sharing space over the past 2 years, mostly to travel healthcare and their pets. Ideally looking for at least 3 month lease but opened to shorter depending on needs.
