Spacious private room with private full bathroom across the hall in a 3 bd 2 bath house. You will be sharing the house with myself and my dog Zilla, a 5 year old mastiff. There will also be a spare bedroom/office in the house that will be unoccupied. The house has AC, a nice fenced in backyard, driveway, a hot tub, a shed for outdoor gear storage, covered patio, firepit, grill and smoker. Utilities are not included, but will be shared with myself and usually not more than $150 a month for everything (high-speed Wi-Fi included). The room has 2 windows and great natural light, as well as a closet. There are 2 living rooms in the house and they can be separated with a sliding barn door. No pets or couples. 1 month lease $1400, 6 month lease will be $1300 a month. 1 year lease will be $1200 a month. September 1 move in date. No smoking inside, driveway is available to use when I am not in it. Renter is responsible for personal dishes and general cleanup. No parties, small group hosting is OK with approval from me.
