We're Vanessa and Todd we manage this place for our brother Kurt since he moved in with us up in Ballard :) The airport thing is genuinely our favorite part: it's a 10-12 minute walk with luggage. No 4am Uber, no parking fees, no stress. And somehow there's zero plane noise despite being this close we don't fully understand the physics, but we love it. The house is fully furnished and move-in ready: home gym, two massage chairs (everyone loves these), full kitchen, all linens and supplies included. Currently it's configured to sleep eight, but we could move some beds out if you want one room to be an office or similar. The couch covers and rugs are all washable, so it's good for pets! We're flexible on move-in (September through November) and move-out (March through June). Reach out and we'll figure out something that works! :) Flexible fixed-term lease. Move-in available September November 2026; move-out March May 2027. Minimum 4-month stay. Tenant responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water, internet). No smoking on premises. Property is fully furnished all furnishings included. Off-street parking and EV charging included. Pets allowed with $250 non-refundable pet fee; maximum 2 dogs; cats negotiable. Tenant responsible for minor maintenance (light bulbs, batteries, etc.); landlord handles major repairs.
