The neighborhood is a great mid-level starter, and is part of a 3-neighborhood planned community. Within the community, you have access to a fitness center, two pools, tennis courts, a splashpad water play area for kids and covered basketball courts. The community also houses Houston National Golf Course, and I believe a discounted membership is available (although I don't play golf, so I haven't really looked into it). CyFair Community College is across the street from the community, and houses a branch of the Harris County Public Library. We're located in the CyFair school district, which is ranked one of the best in the state (again, with no kids I couldn't vouch for this personally). The area is rapidly developing, with retail shops sprouting up withing a short driving distance.
