Bedroom #1 has a good sized closet and is slightly larger than room #2. Bedroom #2 gets great light and has its own private entrance. There are two additional closets throughout the apartment for storage. The apartment has one parking spot plus there is ample street parking. There is some fenced in green space for the residents of the building (8 units total) and we've loved having this private space to enjoy the sun. It's located on the Blue/Orange/Silver Metro lines and buses 38B and 4B (among many others), so it's easy to get straight into DC with no transfers. An 8 minute walk from either metro and 5 minute metro ride into DC. Walking distance to a Safeway, Target, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's, as well as several gyms/fitness studios, two farmer's markets, Clarendon night life, several restaurants and bars, and greenspace. About a 20 minute walk into Georgetown -- so easy access to the school or shops. Very close to the airport (DCA) if you travel a lot (~8 min drive/20 min metro w/ no transfers). This apartment is perfect if you'd like to be close to DC but still have plenty of space and affordable rent. Great for George Washington, Georgetown, or GMU students or professionals working in DC. Water is included (lucky!). Gas is usually about $18 and electric averages $70 (but depends on the season). There's a $50 application fee and a $500 deposit. We are not the landlords, so you would be taking over the lease through October 31, 2021, with the potential to renew. No Smoking.
