The ad is a bit misleading. I have 3 bedrooms in the bottom half of my house. Two of the rooms are occupied. The tenants have a separate, private entrance. The tenants will share the kitchenette and bathroom. There is a laundry room, which the landlord shares with the tenants. Landlord pays all utilities. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to a bus stop. The two roommates are male, and they are both busy and keep to themselves. I would prefer another male, but I am open to anyone who I think will be a good fit. Landlord also cleans the common room and bathroom. Since I live upstairs, I am aware of what needs to be fixed or taken care of, and I do whatever it is immediately. I am weary of scammers, so please be real and read the ad. Thank you
