Half bath on FIRST floor. Central air via high efficiency mini splits on each level and gas radiator heat. Full-size partially finished basement with new washer/dryer and plenty of storage space. The home has a gated front yard, ideal for secure package deliveries and storing trash/recyclable receptacles so you don't have to lug them through the house. There is a no parking zone immediately out front that is very convenient for unloading groceries. There is also an additional side yard for a patio set and grill. The setup is very pet friendly, and the Columbus Park dog park is just 3 blocks away. There are 3 total floors. The house is currently set up with a master suite on the entire 2nd floor, utilizing the smaller room as a large walk-in closet. The upstairs is set up as a suite with an office that leads into a guest bedroom. Technically the house can also be set up as 3 bedrooms, depending on your preference.
