The cabin is newly remodeled with new carpeting, new kitchen cabinets, appliances and granite countertops, new bathroom with beautiful tile inside glassed-in shower and new leather furniture in the living room. It has a large covered deck overlooking the lake with barbecue and wicker patio furniture. Guests have access to any of three docks, canoes, kayak, standup paddle boards and paddle boat. They are also welcome to walk through the botanical garden on the property. The cabin is available as a short-term rental for up to one year; renegotiable at a later date. Rent includes utilities (water, electricity, garbage, internet). Rent is due on first day of occupancy and after that the first of each month. There is a refundable $750 damage deposit and a non-refundable house cleaning fee of $250 to include cleaning of house and carpet cleaning. No smoking, pets, parties, events, weddings or additional guests, unless approved by landlord. Parking space for up to two cars is available next to cabin, with one-car covered detached carport, 2nd/guest car an park in front of cabin.
