We were in the middle of remodeling this beautiful house when we relocated to North Carolina. There is so much done already. There is a new American Standard furnace with digital thermostat in 2011. It only ran 3 heating seasons and cost over $5000.00 to install. In the kitchen, we installed new cabinets, French doors, an Anderson double hung window, can lights, tile flooring and tile countertops in 2010. In the dining room, we replaced the windows, insulated and hung drywall on the exterior wall in 2011. There is new sub floor and tile in the utility room. We gutted the entire upstairs the winter of 2010 through 2011 and took out two chimneys all the way down to the basement. We tore out the lath and plaster upstairs then we ran heat runs, new wiring/cable, installed new Anderson double hung windows, lowered the ceilings, insulated the exterior walls and hung most of the drywall. We have lots of new materials that will go with the house such as all new interior doors, enough Oak trim casings to finish the entire house, drywall, insulation, misc plumbing/electrical, Anderson windows, a storm door, plus much more. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, foyer, front room, living room, dining room, utility room and kitchen. The enclosed front porch is heated and it has a partial basement with outside access. There is a storage barn in the back inside of the chain link fenced yard. There is enough parking in the rear for 3 vehicles. With a little work this house will be gorgeous! We had someone in the house for the past year and 1/2 who was supposed to buy it but couldn't, so it is back on the market for sale. No contracts or lease with options.
