WOW talk about an investors dream. Rare opportunity to own 5 cabins on 16 acres of seclusion with easy access, close location to area attractions, level drive and parking plus mountain views from 3 of the cabins. The largest cabin is 3 levels with 5 bedrooms and an in law quarters in the basement. Beautiful mountain view from living room and Master bedroom. Also on the lot is one studio cabin with exterior access to the basement, one 3 bedroom cabin and two 2 bedroom cabins. Live in one cabin and rent out the others for investment. There is also a spot cleared to build another cabin. These cabins are solid but do need updating/remodeling and require a little vision. Would be perfect for a retreat or overnight rentals to accommodate large groups. Each cabin has it's own septic but they are all on the same water supply. They must be sold together. Property is being sold AS IS without any representation or warranties. Property is to be transferred by Special Warranty Deed No drive-bys without appointment- one cabin is occupied and rest are under his care.
