And only 1.5 miles to everything in Lincoln Square. This apartment really is in a GREAT location.We really enjoyed living in this apartment and are only moving because of health related issues. One of our favorite things about the apartment was it's location. We were only a 5 minute walk away from the great shopping and restaurants in Andersonville, including our favorite pub Holeaf. It's a 10 minute walk to the red line and a 2 minute walk to the Damen and Clark busses.The current lease, which you will be taking over, will end May 31, 2015. You will have the opportunity to renew the lease at that time. Building owner is friendly and reasonable, great person to rent from.Owner pays for heat and water. Tenant only pays for gas, electricity, and cable/internet. Additional $50/month for unlimited use of the washing and drying machines in the basement.Current lease ends May 31 but you can renew the lease for one year at that time.
