Front room is the full width of the building with three tall windows (new wood windows 15 years ago). Off this room is a small office with french doors and a 3/4 bath Down the hallway is the mechanical/furnace closet and some small storage. Next is the kitchen - updated with quartz countertops and modern cabinets with a good amount of storage. It is possible to put two stools at the edge of the counter for a cozy mea. The kitchen Includes dishwasher, stove and refrigerator as well as an in-unit stackable washer/dryer. Appliances are all relatively new and in great shape. A skylight adds extra light Continue down the hall to the first bathroom (middle of the unit) with a large window and the original (non-working!) decorative fireplace and a small closet. In between is a large full bath with access to the hall and the bedroom Finally - in the back is a second bedroom with two west facing windows, allowing a lot of afternoon light and views into the back yard. Street parking is generally pretty easy - but a private parking spot in the rear is available for $80/month. TONS of storage in the basement with access via a back staircase directly from the unit or via the stairs in the front of the building, or even from the back gate / back yard via a back door. Great, friendly neighbors and a responsible individual landlord (not a management company!) Our tenants tend to stay with us a long time and we are on a first-name basis with everyone! Bolton Hill is conveniently located - easy access to I83 and downtown or north and a short walk to both the subway and to Penn Station for the light rail, MARC and Amtrak trains. There are a couple of cafes and restaurants (including a new Mexican Grill opening a block away very soon!), and a grocery store and and pharmacy NON-SMOKERS only! Pets are OK with a fee ask us! Credit of 650+ and background employment check done by Zillow. If you have questions, please ask! Owner pays water and sewer - all other utilities are not included
