Feel at home with easy access to Riverbanks Zoo, USC, and vibrant shopping and dining. The property is set on a semi-private pond and features a large yard and a spacious porch with a charcoal grill. Step into our spacious and pet-friendly home through the front door code and into the inviting foyer. The front bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The main living room, accessible through the front bedroom, features two sleeper sofas, a large SmartTV, and abundant natural light. A dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen with eat-in dining for four are also available. A few steps up, you'll find the den area with a foosball table and two more sleeper sofas. The last bedroom features two queen beds with backyard access, while the master bedroom comprises a queen and a full bed, complete with a desk and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower and double sinks. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Smoking and parties are not allowed. The house has a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in. Enjoy full and private access to the home. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code and are only a phone call away if needed. Note that the home used to have an interior hot tub in the living space, which is no longer functioning and is covered. This will not impact your stay. The master bedroom includes a desk for your convenience. A laptop computer is not included.
