We have been working on this house all summer. Most of the windows are new, the kitchen is brand new with beautiful porcelean tile and brand new cherry cabinets, countertops etc... Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are completely remodeled. Original wood floors were uncovered in the 3 upstairs bedrooms, New carpet downstairs, new floor in the living room and hall. There is a huge den downstairs with networking and cable going to every room in the house at convenient TV or internet access locations. New light fixtures baseboards, doors, trim, paint, its just awesome. The house stays very warm in the winters and cool in the hot months because it has a double roof and stays well insulated. The washroom downstairs is spacious with storage shelving and washer dryer hookups.There are 4 hall closets and a kitchen pantry for extra storage. Each room has a nice closet and most of the windows have been replaced this year. There is a nice big london plane sycamore tree growing in the front yard, with newer sprinkler system. Back yard has a little gardening area around the edges and a huge garage with a storage shed behind it. You can pull 4 cars into your back yard area and separate garage at a time without having to move cars to exit. It really is an amazing house to live in with really wonderful neighbors that will watch out for you and befriend you. We have been working on it as a family, and everyone tells us we have spent too much money on a rental. Mostly older folks live around the immediate vicinity. It is super close to a trax station by north temple and redwood and you can be on I-80 I-15 or I-215 within 2 minutes of leaving home. Library isn't far, The park is a 3 minute walk away. The youth in the area are good kids. we used to walk to school from here. Its about a 10 minute walk.
