HOA Compliance: Tenant agrees to comply with all applicable homeowners association (HOA) rules, regulations, and community restrictions. Any fines, penalties, damages, or costs assessed against the property by the HOA as a result of the actions or omissions of the Tenant, any occupant, guest, invitee, or pet shall be the responsibility of the Tenant and shall be reimbursed to Landlord upon demand, as permitted by applicable law.
