There was a new fridge installed in the last year and a new vanity, medicine cabinet, and light fixture in the bathroom. It also had a separate dining room (currently being used as a yoga/fitness studio). Management is located in the building and there is shared outdoor space with a yard and garden plots in the back and laundry in the basement. Unit runs the whole length of the building so you only share a wall on one side. Storage unit in the basement as well as a back porch for additional storage. Rent is 1380 and the lease goes through March 3/31. Rent includes heat and water. Tenant pays cooking gas (maybe $10-20 dollars a month if you cook a lot like I do), electric (typically we pay 40-110 depending on the season), and internet (RCN and Comast available in the area, may be others). Easy street parking. Laundry is shared but you have an assigned laundry day so you don't need to worry about fighting with anyone for machines and you can switch days as needed if you talk to your neighbors.
