This is a 16 year old Fleetwood 28x60.The home is in a quiet low crime neighborhood.It has permanent tie downs.It has excellent insulation and have never issues with roof leaks.One spare bedroom and the front bathroom have lost electricity and I don't know why.It has been inspected by a licensed technician.He said because we have breakers it is not in danger of fire.It will need some minor cosmetic repair(damage to drywall,piece of underpinning replaced,etc).It has been an excellent home to us for 12 years.The selling price reflects our desire to allow for any repair costs.This price is firm.
