The 3rd floor has a full room which can serve as a bedroom or attic. There is also a small fenced in back yard. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (heat, water, electric) and owner pay for sewage and trash. Heat is gas. Tenant must undergo a background check ($47 application fee), no prior criminal or eviction history, have a credit score over 600, and provide proof of income and landlord reference. To secure property, tenant needs to put down security of a month and half ($2250) and first month upon move in. Available for immediate occupancy upon application completion on June 1st.
