The entrance is through the main door, and the room is inside the home. We do not offer kitchen access, as the family uses it. We provide the room, a shared bathroom, and a TV with Wi-Fi. This listing is aimed primarily at workers people who need a place to shower and rest. Guests are welcome to message me via the app or my phone number with any questions. There are times when I am unavailable due to work, but I can always reply to a message. Please, no pets (as family members have allergies), and we do not have space for visitors. The rental term can be weekly, monthly, for three months, or for a year, subject to mutual agreement. Parking is limited to a single vehicle with no additional spaces available and must not block other residents of the house. Please note that smoking and drinking are prohibited on the property. We don't throw parties at the house either, and everyone is expected to pitch in whenever there is a cleaning session whether that means cleaning on the same day as everyone else or each person taking a separate day.
