This house is exactly the house for accessibility to the city and/or SF State. It is very large and if you are a bunch of students trying for cheap rent enough of you could rent the whole house. This is my family home and I grew up there. Loved the location because it is also very close to the freeway. We are 4 blocks from the Daly City Bart station and 5 blocks from 2 major muni stops.
