As soon as possible we are looking for someone to take over our current lease- we are moving farther up north to be closer to school. The apartment will be available the beginning of January, but we would need you to apply right away since there is a 30-day notice required of us (if you are interested, I will give you the website where to apply). The lease ends July 31, 2016. The Woodside Apartments are in a quiet Holladay neighborhood within a great location in the Salt Lake valley. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and the bedrooms are a good size with large closets in each one. There is covered parking for $15/month. Pets are allowed, but have a deposit and fees. We did not have a pet during our time here, so the apartment is clean of pet dander. Utilities: water, gas, sewer, trash are taken care of by the apt manager and added to your monthly rent. Internet and Power are separate. There are W/D hookups, but we are willing to offer our W/D as part of the sale.
