Super cute place and perfect size to feel comfy but cramped. Not to mention the view of the sunsets from the sunroom is unbelievable. Someone please come enjoy this hidden gem! No central AC, but there is a window unit in the living room provided and I will leave the one I bought for the sunroom with the renter.
