Due to a family matter we have to leave our wonderful Brookline apartment half-way through our lease to relocate abroad. We are looking for someone willing to sign a 12-month lease. The apartment is about 950sq ft, two bedrooms, lots of green out the windows, and very quiet. The master bedroom is huge. We have a king bed and easily fit desks and chairs for working from home in there as well, with room to spare. The second bedroom is smaller, but we have our two toddlers sleeping in two twin beds that fit in neatly, so plenty of space. The building is great and the landlord is great, too. We loved this apartment and are sad we have to let it go.
